The microsrope combines high- and low-voltage ultra-high resolution performance with an electrostatic lens design. The low vacuum mode for charge compensation allows imaging of non-conductive and of wet material. The microscope offers beam deceleration and unique in-lens detection enabling excellent contrast and visualization of a variety of materials.
